1、用户需求洞察：协助开展用户调研，系统收集并整理用户对延保、碎屏险、意外险等服务的反馈与核心诉求，形成结构化需求文档； 2、竞品与行业分析：主动收集国内外同类增值服务竞品信息，涵盖服务内容、定价策略与用户评价，协助输出具有洞察的竞品分析报告； 3、专题调研：针对特定业务方向进行深度调研，输出清晰的调研结论与建议； 4、产品方案输出：参与产品原型与功能设计讨论，协助撰写功能需求描述、绘制用户流程图等基础产品文档； 5、业务流程梳理：针对增值服务服务的履约环节，协助梳理端到端业务流程，并协同内外部资源推动流程设计与落地。

1、学历专业： 本科及以上学历，管理、数据分析、计算机、经济、市场营销及语言类等相关专业背景优先，具备较强逻辑思维与数据能力； 2、用户思维：能自然地从用户视角思考问题，对用户体验有基本的好奇与敏感度； 3、逻辑分析能力：具备良好的逻辑梳理与结构化表达能力，能清晰呈现分析过程与结论； 4、文字功底：具备基础的文案撰写与文档编辑能力，能确保书面表达准确、流畅； 5、语言能力：英语CET-6或同等水平以上，能够无障碍阅读英文行业资料与产品文档； 6、经验优先：拥有产品助理、服务设计、用户调研或相关领域的实习或项目经验者优先。
