1、需求洞察与方案设计：基于用户行为与业务数据，发现增长/体验/转化机会，输出可评审的 PRD、交互流程与规则定义； 2、平台能力建设：参与社区分享、积分券激励、资源位触达、商城下单等中台能力的设计，让运营可自助配置、业务可复用； 3、跨团队推进落地：与研发、测试、设计、算法、运营、业务等多方协作，把需求推进到上线，对结果负责； 4、数据驱动迭代：定义埋点与指标，跟踪转化漏斗与 AB 实验结果，持续优化； 5、快节奏交付：在双周版本列车的节奏下，完成需求拆解、排期对齐与版本交付。

1、2027 届毕业（本科及以上），专业不限，逻辑、数据与产品 sense 优先； 2、有产品/运营/数据相关实习、课程项目、竞赛或独立作品经历者优先； 3、数据敏感，具备基础数据分析能力（会 SQL / 数据看板 / AB 实验概念者加分）； 4、强用户同理心与体验审美，能把模糊问题拆成清晰、可落地的方案； 5、良好的文档与表达能力（会用 Figma/Axure 等出原型者加分）。
