1、三会运作与公司治理支持：协助筹备公司股东会、董事会及其专门委员会会议，参与会议文件的起草、校对与归档，在实践中熟悉上市公司治理规则； 2、信息披露事务协助：协助完成定期报告（年报、半年报等）及临时公告的基础信息收集、数据复核与格式校对，培养严谨的合规意识； 3、法务与合规基础工作：协助跟踪证券法律法规、监管政策及行业动态，参与公司治理制度的内审与修订，发挥法学专业优势识别基础合规风险； 4、财务数据分析支持：协助收集并整理公司财务经营数据，参与撰写基础的财务分析报告及行业对比报告，为信息披露及投资者沟通提供数据支撑； 5、投资者关系与档案管理：协助处理投资者来电来访接待，维护股东信息库；负责证券部三会文件、底稿档案的整理、归档及电子化管理工作。

1、学历背景：统招本科及以上学历应届毕业生，或财经政法类院校； 2、专业要求：具备法学与财务复合背景（如法学+会计/金融双学位，或法律硕士（非法学）有财务基础，或金融专业辅修法律）优先。通过证券从业资格、司法考试或CPA部分科目者优先考虑； 3、核心素养：具备扎实的文字功底和逻辑分析能力，能够清晰撰写基础文书；工作严谨细致，对数字和法条有敏感性，具备高度的责任感和保密意识； 4、可塑性要求：认同上市公司合规文化，具备快速学习能力和抗压能力，愿意在证券事务领域长期深耕发展。
