1、本科及以上学历，新闻学、传播学、广告学、汉语言等相关专业优先，有新媒体运营经验、4A广告公司或互联网科技公司实习经验优先； 2、有社媒运营相关经验，熟悉抖音、小红书、B站等主流社交媒体玩法和营销趋势； 3、热爱阅读与写作，有扎实文字功底和视频审美能力（需附作品或相关链接）； 4、脑洞大，敢于尝试新鲜事物，热爱创意和内容营销； 5、有良好的网感加分，熟悉网络热梗，对热点、爆点有一定敏感度； 6、具备良好的沟通和团队协作能力，细心认真、踏实负责，学习能力强。
