1、定向拓展垂直领域创作者，丰富创作者矩阵：结合业务发展方向，筛选、挖掘各垂类潜力海外创作者；主动建联洽谈合作，完成新创作者引入与入驻对接，持续扩充优质创作者资源池，完善账号矩阵布局，沉淀高价值用户关系； 2、参与搭建运营体系，持续优化成长机制：协助团队搭建海外创作者成长激励体系；跟进体系落地运行效果，收集反馈并配合完成规则迭代、流程优化，形成可复用的创作者培育模式； 3、落地分层运营策略，针对性开展运营动作：按照粉丝体量、内容质量、活跃度等维度完成创作者分层；根据不同层级制定差异化运营方案，执行配套激励、扶持、引导动作，提升整体创作者活跃度与内容产出质量； 4、负责海外创作者全周期日常对接，维系合作关系：对接全球各类 RGC 创作者，及时响应咨询、诉求与合作沟通；常态化维护合作关系，跟进日常协作事项，保障双方沟通顺畅，夯实创作者资源基础； 5、整理运营数据，协助开展效果复盘分析：定期统计创作者活跃度、内容产出、合作数据等运营指标，完成数据汇总与报表制作；参与运营复盘会议，梳理工作问题与亮点，为运营策略调整提供数据支撑； 6、AI赋能探索：主动探索AI在用户运营中的落地场景，如智能分层、个性化推荐、自动化触达等。

1、具备外语沟通能力，适配海外业务对接； 2、对海外市场有好奇心和学习意愿，能理解不同区域用户的行为差异，有海外教育背景优先； 3、对AI在用户运营中的应用有探索热情和实践经验，有实际落地案例者优先； 4、对影像创作、户外运动、科技产品有浓厚兴趣者加分。
