The posting

1、负责无人机及手持设备的多传感器惯导融合算法研发，完成 IMU 与 GPS、磁力计、气压计、视觉等多源传感器的融合方案设计、代码实现与性能优化，适配不同终端的算力约束与应用场景； 2、设计并实现高准确率的传感器异常检测与故障诊断算法，针对传感器数据失效、冲击扰动、噪声漂移等异常工况设计鲁棒性适配方案，保障导航系统在复杂环境下的稳定性与可靠性； 3、承担算法从原理仿真、嵌入式移植到真机 / 实设备落地的全流程工作，配合完成测试数据采集、问题定位与参数调优，持续优化姿态估计精度、航向稳定性与抗干扰性能； 4、撰写算法设计文档、测试报告与技术规范，维护算法模块的代码版本与迭代优化，保障代码的规范性与可维护性； 5、配合硬件、测试团队完成传感器选型、标定方案设计与跨模块系统联调，推动产品功能落地与性能迭代。

1、硕士及以上学历应届毕业生，自动化、控制科学与工程、导航制导与控制、航空航天、电子信息、计算机等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的理论基础，熟练掌握惯性导航原理、线性系统、随机过程与卡尔曼滤波（EKF / 互补滤波等）算法，具备独立推导与代码实现能力； 3、熟悉 IMU、GPS、磁力计、气压计、视觉等多类传感器的工作原理与融合方案，有多源信息融合的相关项目实践经验； 4、熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程语言，代码风格规范，熟练使用 Eigen 等矩阵运算库进行数值计算与算法开发； 5、熟练使用 Simulink 等软件进行算法仿真建模与数据分析，能够独立完成算法验证与性能评估； 6、熟悉 PX4、ArduPilot 等主流开源飞控的软件架构与导航融合框架，有基于开源飞控的二次开发、算法移植或真机调试经验； 7、具备较强的逻辑分析能力与动手排查能力，做事严谨细致，有良好的团队沟通意识与协作精神。
