1、协助审核各类中英文合同及法律文件； 2、协助优化现有流程，结合AI工具探索法务提效场景，沉淀智能化办公方法； 3、协助跟进公司专项争议解决行动，参与证据固定、类案检索、案件准备、文书起草及整理等工作； 4、协助企业合规的检索工作，对数据合规、贸易合规、广告合规、劳动人事合规等领域提供支持； 5、对公司日常运营中的其他专项法律问题提供检索支持； 6、主动探索AI在法务场景的应用，利用AI工具完成文书优化、合同筛查、批量整理、智能检索等工作，助力法务工作提质增效。

1、法学相关专业研究生学历，有留学经历和辩论经历者优先； 2、持有法律职业资格证书，法律专业功底扎实，有律所诉讼实习经历者优先； 3、工作作风细致严谨、勤勉踏实，逻辑思维能力强，有良好的合作意识； 4、英文口语及写作能力优秀，可熟练使用英文进行法律检索； 5、具备良好的抗压能力和应变能力； 6、具备主动学习AI法务工具的意识和快速落地的学习能力；能够熟练运用各类通用AI工具，愿意探索AI赋能合同审核、法律检索、文书撰写、案件分析、合规管理等法务场景，有AI工具实操、AI办公提效经验者优先。
