1、协助区域服务商的KPI运营，监控服务商的服务质量，提升满意度和缩短维修时效； 2、参与海外第三方服务商运营管理，包括服务点上线导入、合同结算、退出，网点人员培训及绩效考核管理等流程； 3、负责对售后工单进行管理和分析，异常情况处理，挖掘数据背后的业务问题，并给出有效改善方案； 4、负责协助海外服务商能力建设，协助退货、备件、物流、库存、报废等相关业务高效运营和执行； 5、其他服务商管理相关工作，包括但不限于流程梳理和知识沉淀。

1、本科及以上学历，英语可作为工作语言； 2、具备优秀的跨部门沟通及协调能力，敏锐的问题和改善意识，较强的抗压能力和数据分析能力； 3、能接受海外短期出差或者支援的优先。
