1、基于公司电商产品战略，开展市场与竞品调研，洞察业务与运营需求，完成需求拆解及产品规划，推动官方商城的持续迭代与能力演进； 2、深度参与核心项目交付，准确理解业务场景，设计具备可扩展性的产品解决方案，提升系统复用性与稳定性； 3、负责产品功能设计与用户体验优化，输出结构清晰、可执行性强的PRD及相关文档，确保设计质量与落地效率； 4、协同研发、测试及业务团队推进项目落地，做好过程管理与风险控制，参与UAT及上线验收，保障项目按时高质量交付； 5、基于数据驱动持续优化产品，通过埋点设计、数据分析与用户反馈，迭代关键转化链路，实现产品全生命周期管理； 6、探索并推动AI在电商运营与系统中的应用，结合AI工具优化电商日常运营环节，提升电商运营与客服团队效率，推动业务流程标准化与自动化。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、电商、数据分析等相关专业优先，具备扎实的逻辑分析与系统思维能力，接受跨专业有相关能力者； 2、具备基础编程能力，熟练使用Python优先（可独立编写简单脚本、处理基础数据），了解常用编程库（如pandas、selenium等）者加分； 3、具备良好的电商业务理解能力，能够快速理解业务场景并抽象为产品方案，平衡业务价值与系统实现复杂度； 4、熟悉至少1-2款AI工具，有AI工具应用于办公/运营场景的经验，能主动探索AI工具在电商领域的自动化应用场景，具备AI产品化落地意识； 5、学习能力强，具备良好的沟通表达与跨团队协作能力，能够在高节奏环境下推进多项目并行； 6、具备长期主义意识&创业精神，能适应创业团队节奏。具备责任感与执行力，能主动推动问题解决并达成结果。
