1、参与相机固件、APP及相关产品的用户体验设计工作，协助完成界面设计与交互方案输出，支持设计从概念到落地的全过程； 2、根据产品需求与用户场景，进行设计执行与优化，确保设计质量与一致性； 3、参与用户研究、数据分析及体验度量相关工作，辅助设计决策与迭代优化； 4、配合设计规范与组件库的整理与维护，并与产品、研发等团队协作，推动设计方案高效落地。

1、具备设计相关专业背景（交互 / UI / 工业设计等），有基础的用户体验认知与完整作品集； 2、熟练使用 Figma或其他主流设计工具，具备基本的界面与交互设计能力； 3、审美在线，对细节有要求； 4、学习能力强，执行力高，能在快节奏环境中推进工作； 5、具备良好的沟通能力与责任感，能够理解需求并配合跨团队协作完成项目； 6、对影像、科技产品或内容创作有兴趣者优先。
