1、渠道运营与管理 ：协助负责代理商的日常管理，包括目标考核、引入与淘汰，关注代理商组织情况； 2、数据监控与分析 ：负责核心业务数据（如库存指标、激活管理、销售订单、库存周转）的统计、核算与分析，输出月度 / 季度 / 年度销售报表，为公司战略调整提供数据依据； 3、风险识别与管控 ：主动识别、监控并处理跨区域窜货行为，维护渠道价格体系与市场秩序；制定渠道运营规范，约束经销商 / 代理商行为； 4、客户全生命周期管理 ：参与客户分级与审核，建立客户分层体系；支撑销售团队做好核心客户维护，保障合作稳定性； 5、流程优化与协同 ：梳理销售全流程（订单、发货、回款等），识别风控漏洞并优化；与商务部、财务部门、法务部门等跨部门协作，推动流程落地。

1、学习能力 ：具备快速学习和适应能力，能在缺乏行业经验借鉴的赛道中持续提升； 2、沟通与协作 ：出色的沟通能力和谈判技巧，逻辑思维清晰，目标明确，有强烈的客户管理意识； 3、数据分析 ：熟练使用办公及AI软件进行数据整理、透视，具备数据驱动决策的意识；
