1、负责建设运营中长视频帐号矩阵，负责帐号内容规划、运营策略制定； 2、负责品牌/产品的玩法&评测视频的拍摄制作，以创作出足够有趣、打动人心的内容作品为目标； 3、通过用户洞察，持续从用户中获取对内容的反馈，基于数据实现定期复盘，追踪视频表现，总结经验，提炼方法。

1、本科及以上学历，影视相关专业，应聘者须提供个人作品集，这将有助于更好地评估内容创作能力； 2、具备较强的创意视频制作能力，包括犀利的话题角度、敏锐的网感、精准的内容节奏把控等； 3、熟练操作主流拍摄设备，精通布光理论并具备实操经验；能熟练使用无人机、稳定器等辅助设备； 4、精通Premiere Pro、DaVinic Resolve（含调色）等剪辑软件；熟练使用After Effects进行特效包装； 5、有多个爆款内容案例，熟悉 电子数码/科技产品领域者优先； 6、除视频创作，同时也擅长图片、文案的创作者优先。
