1、深度参与【抖音/天猫/京东】电商核心业务，实战接触直播间、短视频、货架、达人等核心模块，参与生意增长的关键项目； 2、作为关键业务模块Owner，独立负责从分析、策略到执行落地，在真实业务中快速成长，推动经营结果提升； 3、导师制培养机制，系统学习电商的运营逻辑，建立完整的品牌内容电商经营能力。

【职位描述】 1、店铺日常运营迭代：实战店铺的日常运营，包括链接、页面、价格、进销存管理，推进经营策略落地，并对运营动作优化、运营效率提升持续负责； 2、直播与其他内容场域运营：围绕生态，参与直播间运营、短视频内容运营、达人BD等核心模块，主导直播间搭建、合作方撮合与管理、内容策划、效果复盘，提升带货效率与成交表现； 3、销售分析与经营策略优化：跟踪分析店铺核心经营指标，包括流量结构、点击/转化率、客单价、退货退款率、直播数据、广告投放效果等。通过经营漏斗分析，识别增长机会与风险点，输出可执行的优化方案并推动落地，形成“监控-分析-优化-复盘”的经营闭环； 4、关键campaign策划统筹：结合平台大促节点、品牌上新节奏与生意目标，参与制定并落地大促、新品上市、热点营销等重点活动的运营规划，统筹资源协同、跨团队推进与项目复盘； 5、内容电商运营能力沉淀提升：持续关注平台机制、内容电商玩法、行业趋势及竞品动态，提炼用户洞察、内容趋势和经营策略，沉淀可复用和扩大影响范围的运营经验与方法论，为业务决策提供支持。

1、背景要求： 本科及以上应届毕业生，专业不限，热爱短视频/直播行业； 2、沟通与社交力： 性格外向，能够快速与陌生人建立联系并清晰表达诉求； 3、责任心与抗压： 结果导向，能适应直播行业快节奏的作息安排，具备极强的多任务处理能力； 4、学习与复盘力： 对数据敏感，能从失败或成功的案例中总结出方法论，具备较强的逻辑思维； 5、加分项： 对影像行业感兴趣的候选人优先，有垂类运动爱好的候选人优先（如潜水、滑雪、摩托、骑行等）。
