1、系统学习与轮岗实践：参与质量中心项目质量管理、供应商质量管理、生产质量管理、可靠性设计与验证、质量体系等模块的轮岗学习，掌握相机产品全生命周期质量管理工具； 2、 质量工具应用：学习并实践SPC（统计过程控制）、8D报告、FMEA（潜在失效分析）、PDCA等质量工具，参与实际质量问题解决项目； 3、跨部门协作：协同研发、生产、供应链团队，推动质量改善措施落地； 4、定岗规划：结合轮岗表现及个人兴趣进行定岗； 5、职业发展： --1年内：通过轮岗掌握质量体系全流程技能，独立承担部门基础质量工作； --2-3年：晋升为专业质量工程师（如QPM/SQM/FQM/LAB工程师），主导关键质量项目； --长期目标：质量经理/质量专家，参与企业质量战略制定。

1、教育背景：统招本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子工程、材料科学、工业工程、质量管理等理工科相关专业； 2、知识储备：了解机械制图、电路基础、材料特性等工科知识（有运动相机/消费电子相关毕业设计优先）； 3、技能素质：数据分析能力：熟练使用Excel/PPT，掌握常用数据处理工具者优先； 4、学习能力：具备快速学习技术资料的能力； 5、性格特质： --逻辑清晰、细致耐心，有一定的抗压能力； --团队协作意识强，适应跨部门沟通； 6、加分项 --在校期间参与质量相关课题研究或实习经历； --熟悉运动相机/消费电子行业特性。
