1、参与传感器标定核心工作：参与无人机感知传感器的标定，包括相机内参标定、相机-IMU、相机-激光雷达、多目相机外参的离线/在线标定，逐步独立承担标定子任务； 2、参与误差分析与精度评测：协助建立传感器内外参精度评测体系；采集并分析传感器在真实工况下的各类误差源（如温度影响、振动畸变、时间同步抖动），参与误差建模与补偿方案的验证、回归测试； 3、标定工具与数据处理：负责标定场景的数据采集、清洗与预处理（去畸变、时间同步、特征提取）；参与开发与维护标定流程中的脚本工具和可视化模块，持续提升团队标定效率； 4、前沿技术学习与探索：跟踪 CV 领域前沿标定技术（多传感器联合优化标定、无目标自标定等），参与原型验证，推动技术在无人机产品上的落地迭代。

1、硕士及以上学历（硕士优先），计算机视觉、自动化、计算机、数学、机器人、模式识别、测绘工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的数学基础，掌握多视图几何、线性代数、非线性优化的基本原理；了解李群李代数者优先； 3、理解各类相机投影模型、畸变模型，对 IMU 测量模型有基本认识； 4、熟悉 C/C++ 或 Python 编程，有良好的代码习惯；熟悉 OpenCV、Eigen、Ceres/g2o 等常用库者优先； 5、使用过 Kalibr、Basalt、Camodocal等任一主流标定工具，能完成基础标定流程；理解工具背后原理、有源码阅读/修改经验者优先； 6、有相机/IMU/Lidar 数据处理、SLAM、多视图三维重建相关课题、竞赛或实习经历者优先； 7、学习能力强、逻辑清晰、工作积极主动，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
