The posting

1、负责基于指定芯片平台的物理层各信道的代码实现、上板调试、芯片验证等工作； 2、负责物理层与高层接口协议设计以及实现工作； 3、负责维护和开发物理层自动化测试用例，验证算法方案的无线传输性能，支撑方案选型与调优。

1、通信工程、电子信息工程、计算机等相关专业硕士及以上学历； 2、具备扎实的专业基础，熟练掌握通信原理、数字信号处理、信息论与编码、概率论等核心课程，理解数字通信基本流程； 3、了解LTE/NR移动通信协议标准，熟悉物理层基本概念、关键技术（OFDM、MIMO、信道编码、HARQ等）的基本原理； 4、掌握使Python/C/C++等中至少一种，具备基本的代码开发与仿真能力； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力、文档编写能力与团队协作意识，对通信技术研发有浓厚兴趣。

加分项： 1、本科/硕士阶段做过通信物理层相关的课程设计、毕业设计，比如信道编解码、信道估计、均衡、加速器设计等； 2、有软件无线电（SDR）开发经验，使用USRP等平台做过物理层实验； 3、有通信领域竞赛获奖经历，比如全国大学生电子设计竞赛、数学建模竞赛、5G/6G相关技术竞赛等； 4、有基带芯片厂商、通信设备商物理层相关岗位实习经历； 5、了解AI辅助物理层优化、通感一体、车联网V2X等前沿物理层技术方向，有相关研究经历优先。
