1、核心算法研发： 主要负责消费无人机的视觉 SLAM及 VIO算法的方案设计、研发与落地； 2、多传感器融合： 深入研究多传感器融合算法，熟练运用状态估计理论中的滤波与非线性优化技术，持续提升复杂环境下（如弱纹理、动态场景、剧烈运动）无人机定位与建图的精度及鲁棒性； 3、视觉前端处理： 针对无人机飞行特性，研究并改进前端视觉特征提取、匹配与跟踪算法； 4、前沿场景探索： 负责探索并实现基于无人机第一视角的 VR/AR 定位与空间交互技术； 5、工程化部署： 配合系统与硬件团队，将算法高效移植并部署至算力受限的嵌入式平台，完成代码的加速、裁剪与产品化落地。

1、学历与专业： 计算机、自动化、机器人、航空航天、数学等相关专业，硕士及以上学历的应届毕业生； 2、数学底子扎实： 具备深厚的数学功底，精通多视图几何、线性代数与空间坐标变换；对状态估计理论有透彻理解，熟练掌握各类经典滤波算法（如 EKF、UKF 等）以及基于图的非线性优化方法（如 Gauss-Newton、Levenberg-Marquardt）； 3、理论与实践并重： 深入理解主流的视觉 SLAM / VIO 理论框架（如 VINS系列、ORB-SLAM系列、MSCKF 等），能独立推导核心公式，并有实际的源码阅读、修改和调优经验； 4、编程与工程能力： 熟练掌握 C/C++ 编程，熟悉 Python 脚本语言；具备良好的数据结构基础，代码风格严谨； 5、加分项：顶会一作文章、知名赛事获奖、优秀开源代码、嵌入式平台算法加速经验。
