1、协助剪辑创作工具的产品需求整理与功能设计，参与竞品调研，整理功能对比与体验分析，参与版本迭代过程； 2、基于用户创作流程，拆解使用路径与关键操作环节，参与优化编辑体验与操作效率； 3、协助设计与研发团队推进需求落地，跟进基础产品功能的开发与测试； 4、通过用户反馈、数据与内容案例，协助发现剪辑链路中的体验问题与优化机会； 5、在真实内容创作场景（如航拍/运动/日常视频）中体验产品，输出使用反馈。

1、统招本科及以上，对产品经理岗位有明确兴趣； 2、具备基础表达与文档能力，能完成需求整理与逻辑表达； 3、使用过剪辑 / 影像 / 图像类工具，了解基础剪辑流程，对工具类产品的易用性、效率与体验有基本认知； 4、对航拍 / 无人机 / 运动相机等有兴趣或使用经验者优先，有短视频或Vlog内容创作经历者加分； 5、了解或使用过AI剪辑 / AIGC内容工具，对AI辅助剪辑能力有兴趣或实践经验者优先。
