作为无线算法工程师，你将参与图传通信系统的开发——承担算法建模、仿真与验证工作，并逐步建立对图传系统 全生命周期的端到端理解，覆盖从算法设计到系统开发到性能持续提升的整个过程。具体职责包括： 1、将需求转化为设计说明与需求文档； 2、评估验证算法，权衡约束，形成算法方案； 3、实现与原型化物理层算法，参与 L1/RF 基础模块的开发； 4、算法建模与仿真：使用Python 和/或 C/C++ 进行定浮点建模，通过链路级仿真验证性能； 5、参与性能与功耗分析：执行仿真、收集结果，并就吞吐率、时延和可靠性等指标进行总结。

1、电子工程、通信、计算机工程或相关专业硕士以上学历； 2、扎实的通信理论与信号处理基础——熟悉 信道编码（LDPC/Polar/Turbo）、OFDM、信道估计、检测/估计基础以及 MIMO 中至少一个方向； 3、蜂窝标准基础知识——对 5G NR 和/或 4G LTE；了解 3GPP RAN1 的基本概念； 4、Python 和/或 C/C++的实用能力，可用于算法建模与仿真； 5、熟悉生成式 AI / 基于 LLM 的工具，能用于原型设计、代码生成或仿真/文档辅助； 6、优先考虑（加分项） - 在相关领域有出色的毕业设计/课题； - 接触过定点建模或低功耗设计的相关概念； - 扎实的数学基础：线性代数、概率论/随机过程、检测与估计理论； - 了解新兴 6G 研究议题（空口 AI/ML、sub-THz 频段、通信感知一体化、可重构智能表面 RIS）； - 了解其他通信标准基带技术，如 IEEE 802.11，LoRA 等； - 熟悉链路自适应调度相关策略； - 有学生科研论文发表、优秀毕业设计或相关实习经历者优先。
