我们正在寻找对智能硬件、移动应用、跨平台软件、设备连接、影像/音视频、AI 应用体验感兴趣的校园候选人。 这个岗位不是传统意义上单一的 iOS、Android、C++、前端或后端开发岗位。我们更希望找到具备扎实工程基础、强学习能力和系统性思维的同学，参与从智能硬件设备到移动 App、SDK、云服务、工具链的完整软件体验建设。 你可能会参与 App 端功能开发，也可能参与跨平台 SDK、设备通信协议、音视频链路、升级系统、数据服务、开发者工具或 AI 与硬件结合的产品能力建设。我们希望你不被某一种技术栈限制，而是愿意围绕真实产品问题，学习并使用合适的技术解决问题。 【工作内容】 你将参与智能硬件产品的软件系统建设，包括但不限于： 1、参与移动 App、桌面工具、Web 工具或内部平台的功能开发，负责用户可感知的核心体验，包括设备控制、参数设置、内容管理、账号服务、数据展示、智能化功能等； 2、参与手机、App、SDK 与智能硬件设备之间的连接、通信和控制能力建设，包括蓝牙、Wi-Fi、局域网、USB、私有协议、设备发现、状态同步、指令下发等； 3、参与跨平台软件能力的设计与开发，为 iOS、Android、桌面端、Unity 或其他业务形态提供统一、稳定、易用的软件接口和基础能力； 4、根据业务需要，参与拍摄控制、媒体管理、直播链路、音视频传输、解码播放、图像处理、设备文件管理等功能模块的研发； 5、参与代码架构优化、性能优化、稳定性治理、自动化测试、CI/CD、日志诊断、问题定位、研发工具建设等工作，提升团队整体工程质量； 6、参与 AI、端侧智能、智能硬件交互、新型连接方式、跨平台框架等方向的技术调研和原型验证，将新技术转化为可落地的产品能力。

【岗位要求】 我们不限定你必须是 iOS、Android、C++、Java、Kotlin、Swift、Go、Python 或前端方向。只要你具备扎实的软件开发基础，并愿意在真实产品中持续学习和成长，都欢迎加入。 【基础要求】 1、计算机、软件工程、电子信息、自动化、通信、人工智能、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，或具备同等软件开发能力。熟悉至少一种主流编程语言，例如： C / C++ / Java / Kotlin / Swift / Objective-C / Python / Go / JavaScript / TypeScript / Rust 等； 2、具备良好的计算机基础，包括但不限于：数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络、并发编程、数据库、软件工程、面向对象设计等； 3、具备良好的编码习惯，理解代码可读性、可维护性、模块化设计和基本的工程规范； 4、对智能硬件、移动互联网、AI 应用、影像产品、机器人、无人机、IoT、可穿戴设备等方向有兴趣； 5、具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和动手能力，愿意面对复杂系统中的真实工程问题。

【加分项】 具备以下任一经验会优先考虑，但不是必要条件： 1、有移动端开发经验，例如 iOS / Android App 开发，熟悉 Swift、Objective-C、Kotlin、Java 中任一语言； 2、有 C / C++ 项目经验，理解内存管理、并发、网络通信、跨平台构建、SDK 封装等； 3、有智能硬件、IoT、机器人、无人机、相机、运动相机、嵌入式设备相关项目经验； 4、熟悉蓝牙、Wi-Fi、TCP/UDP、HTTP、WebSocket、USB、串口等通信方式； 5、有音视频、图像处理、直播、播放器、编解码、OpenGL / Metal / Vulkan / FFmpeg 等相关经验； 6、熟悉跨平台开发或多端协作，例如 Flutter、React Native、Unity、CMake、JNI、Native SDK 等； 7、有后端、云服务、数据服务或工具平台开发经验，理解 API 设计、数据库、服务部署、日志监控等； 8、有开源项目、竞赛项目、个人 App、硬件作品、技术博客或长期维护的工程项目； 9、对 AI Coding、AI Agent、端侧 AI、LLM 应用、AIGC 与智能硬件结合有探索经验。
