The posting

1、 承担无人机系统中的决策规划模块，研究和解决非结构化环境下无人机的避障规划问题； 2、 参与智能跟随等功能研发，负责无人机跟拍场景目标的运动估计、轨迹预测的算法设计与落地； 3、 构建规划的评测体系和数据闭环算法工具链，通过仿真和数据闭环等方式控制和量化算法迭代效果； 4、 承接模型落地轨迹规划和目标预测的产品化，通过模型和数据驱动方式持续提升产品自主飞行能力。

1、硕士及以上学历，计算机、自动化、控制、机械和电子等相关专业毕业； 2、有扎实的数理基础，熟练使用图搜索的路径规划算法，熟练掌握数值优化方法，对各种求解算法和主流求解器有一定应用经验； 3、具备端到端模型相关项目经历，有完整的轨迹预测或轨迹规划相关项目经验，对当前的学术发展脉络清晰； 4、准确的文献调研和理解能力，能快速复现论文或者开源项目； 5、动手能力强，有扎实的C/C++编程能力； 6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 7、具备较强的行业洞察力，深刻理解不同领域用户痛点和机会点，能以终为始解决问题； 8、加分项：在高水平国际会议、期刊上发布过相关文章，包括但不限于ICRA、IROS、RAL等。
