1、根据产品需求进行硬件方案设计，包括系统框图设计/电源树设计/元器件选型/原理图设计/PCB设计指导等； 2、根据项目各阶段计划，完成硬件单板PCBA的BOM制作/备料下发/SMT跟进等； 3、负责单板硬件功能调测，SIPI测试/生产测试的方案制定和实施，完成相关测试报告交付； 4、负责产品研发过程中的硬件问题分析解决，量产问题分析和售后问题分析等，并形成技术文档； 5、参与硬件新技术开发/降成本/业务提效/平台开发等工作。

1、本科及以上学历，电子信息/通信工程/自动化等相关专业； 2、具备良好的模电和数电基础，熟悉包括开关电源/运放/ADC/时钟/数字接口协议等原理； 3、掌握MCU/SOC等小系统设计能力，包括电源树/时钟/存储/高速接口等； 4、熟练使用常见任一电路设计EDA工具，熟悉示波器/万用表等仪器仪表的使用； 5、优秀的抗压能力，具备技术钻研精神，良好的团队协作和沟通能力； 6、具有电子竞赛/嵌入式硬件开发等经验优先；有GNSS/EMC/射频底噪设计经验优先；对无人机产品有浓厚兴趣者优先。
