一、数据运营方向： AI 数据运营实习生（AI Data Operations Intern） 岗位职责 1、负责 AI 设计体系的数据资产建设，包括但不限于： 2、建立并持续维护设计案例库、素材库、知识库等数据资产 3、对历史项目进行分类、标签化及结构化整理，提升 AI 可检索性 4、协助建设标准化 Brief、Prompt、Skill 等基础能力 5、参与 AI Workflow 数据准备、效果验证及持续优化 6、维护 AI 文档、SOP、最佳实践等知识沉淀 7、协助统计 AI 使用情况、效率提升及相关数据分析

二、工作流方向 AI Workflow 实习生（AI Workflow & Automation Intern） 岗位职责 1、负责 AI Workflow 与自动化能力建设，包括但不限于： 2、搭建和优化 AI Workflow 3、协助开发和测试 AI Agent、Prompt、Skill 4、参与 AI 工具调研、验证及最佳实践沉淀 5、协助接入 API、模型能力及自动化流程 6、持续优化 AI 工作流体验，提高复用率及稳定性 7、参与 AI 能力平台建设及内部推广

一、数据运营方向： AI 数据运营实习生（AI Data Operations Intern） 岗位要求： 1、对 AI、大模型、知识库有浓厚兴趣 2、有良好的信息整理、归纳总结能力 3、做事细致、有耐心，对数据质量有要求 4、熟悉 Excel、飞书、多维表格、Notion 等工具 5、有 ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini 等 AI 工具使用经验优先 6、有信息管理、设计、数字媒体等相关背景优先

加分项： 1、使用过 Dify、Coze等 AI 平台 2、有 Prompt Engineering 经验 3、有知识库建设经验 4、有数据分析能力

二、工作流方向 AI Workflow 实习生（AI Workflow & Automation Intern） 岗位要求： 1、对 AI、大模型、Agent 有浓厚兴趣 2、有一定逻辑思维和问题分析能力 3、乐于学习新工具，喜欢探索 AI 新能力 4、熟悉至少一种 AI Workflow 平台（如 Dify、Coze等）优先 5、有 Python、JavaScript、JSON、API 基础优先 6、有 Git、Cursor 等工具使用经验优先
