1、参与AI知识体系的顶层设计与架构搭建，梳理知识分类、标签体系与关联关系，确保知识库结构清晰、覆盖完整，支撑AI应用（Agent、Skill等）的高效调用； 2、主导AI知识的生产与适配，制定知识采集、撰写、结构化标注的标准流程与质量规范，推动知识内容向AI可理解、可检索、可推理的方向转化，提升知识入库效率与可用性； 3、负责知识库的日常运营与分发，监控知识调用量、召回率、用户反馈等核心指标，分析知识缺口与冗余，制定知识更新与下线策略，持续优化知识覆盖度与精准度； 4、统筹多语种知识运营，建立多语言知识的翻译、校对与同步机制，确保各语种知识在准确性、时效性与表达习惯上的一致性，支持全球化业务场景的知识需求； 5、跟踪AI知识管理、RAG、知识图谱等领域的前沿技术与最佳实践，探索新技术在知识生产与运营中的应用，推动知识库能力持续升级。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，语言学、翻译、信息管理、传播学等相关专业优先； 2、英语专八（TEM-8）或同等水平，熟练掌握德、意、西、法、日、韩中的1-2种（优先），可作为工作语言进行知识撰写、翻译与质量把控； 3、具备良好的结构化思维与信息素养，了解大模型、RAG、知识图谱等AI基础概念，对文字质量与语义准确性有高敏感度，有知识库或内容平台运营实习经历者加分； 4、跨文化沟通能力强，理解不同语种的表达习惯与文化差异，自驱力强，能高效协调多方推进知识项目落地。
