1、负责AI Agent、技能（Skill）及场景化AI应用的产品设计、搭建、开发、调试与上线，主导AI应用在实际业务场景（如AI翻译、AI内容生成等）的工程化落地； 2、对接业务需求，梳理AI应用落地场景，设计合理的技术方案，推动AI能力与业务场景深度融合，提升业务自动化、智能化水平； 3、负责AI应用的日常运维、效果监控与迭代优化，收集并分析Bad Case，优化模型调用、Prompt工程及应用逻辑，提升应用准确率与用户体验； 4、关注AI领域前沿技术（主流大模型、Agent框架、Harness工程等），将新技术、新方法融入实际工作，提升AI应用开发效率与质量。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、人工智能、软件工程、数据科学、信息管理等理工科或商科背景均可，对AI产品有浓厚兴趣； 2、具备基本的技术理解力，了解大模型、Prompt工程、Agent等AI核心概念，有Python或低代码平台使用经验者加分； 3、有产品实习、AI相关项目或创业经历者优先，具备良好的需求分析、逻辑拆解与文档撰写能力； 4、好奇心强，学习敏锐度高，能快速理解新技术与业务逻辑，沟通协作能力强，自驱推进，具备产品思维与用户同理心。
