1、深入电商一线运营的真实业务场景，围绕商品、库存、价格、促销、履约、对账及经营分析等核心环节，梳理业务流程与运行逻辑，识别重复、低效、易出错的关键环节，明确问题影响和潜在提效机会； 2、负责电商中台产品核心功能优化迭代，围绕库存运营、价格管理、商品管理等自动化业务需求，将业务问题转化为产品方案，输出结构清晰、可执行性强的PRD文档，参与从问题洞察、产品设计、PRD文档交付，原型验证到运用AI编程工具（Claude Code / Codex）开发上线迭代的完整过程； 3、设计电商业务上下游系统数据与中台系统打通 & 业务数据对Agent开放的管理机制； 4、协同电商运营，将运营经验/知识工程化并形成Skill，实现部分电商日常运营工作Agent化，促进一线运营人力释放以及运营效率和业务数据精度的提升。

1、2027 届本科及以上,计算机、数据、金融等专业优先,逻辑与系统思维扎实。 2、对电商业务有感觉，能把业务场景抽象成产品方案。 3、有产品 sense，能把复杂问题结构化；对交互体验有基本理解。 4、熟练 SQL / Python，理解 API、数据库等基础概念。 5、会用 Claude Code / Codex，有实际 AI 项目经历者优先。 6、学习快、沟通好、执行力强，有长期主义与创业心态。
