1、参与电商中台 AI 平台的全栈研发，覆盖前端页面、后端服务、数据对接与自动化脚本； 2、参与中台内部 AI 提效平台搭建，包括数据看板、飞书开放平台 API 对接、领星 / Tableau 等多系统数据同步与聚合； 3、使用 Claude Code 等 AI 编程工具完成开发工作，并沉淀可复用的提示词与工程模板； 4、配合产品、运营和业务方快速验证 AI 提效场景的可行性，参与技术方案评估与选型，持续迭代。

1、大三/大四或研究生在读，计算机 / 软件工程 / 信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉 JavaScript / TypeScript 或 Python 至少一门，理解 HTTP、API、数据库等基础技术概念；不只会写页面，需要有接口、脚本或后端服务开发经验，能独立完成小型全栈原型； 3、熟悉 Cursor、Claude Code、Copilot 等 AI 编程工具，有自己动手做过的 AI 小项目或 Demo； 4、Ownership 意识强，工作闭环；具有良好的沟通表达能力，能清晰表述自己的项目经历或技术方案。
