1. 存储与权限运维：在导师指导下参与存储权限治理与日常运维，编写 Shell/Python 等脚本，落地可复用的管理方案与检查流程。 2. 平台对接与自动化：与第三方系统对接，串联其开放 API，参与制定或迭代自动化接入、同步与运维方案。 3. 推理场景接入：协助将推理服务、模型或任务流接入现有 AI/ML 平台，配合联调与文档沉淀。 4. 前后端协助开发：参与 AI 平台前端（页面与交互）或后端（接口与服务）的开发与维护。 5. 核心能力共建：参与机器学习平台核心模块的设计与实现，包括但不限于多租户资源管理、认证与鉴权链路的分析与优化。

1. 本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先 2. 熟悉 Linux 常用操作与网络基础、理解 TCP/IP 基本概念（如连接、端口、DNS、HTTP/HTTPS） 3. 至少熟练掌握一门：Shell、Python、Golang 等，能独立完成简单脚本或小型服务开发。 4. 掌握 React 框架，具备基础的前端页面开发与维护能力 5. 学习能力强，能主动阅读官方文档与技术规范并落地到项目。 6. 积极主动，具备良好的沟通协作意识，能够主动发现问题、推动问题解决并及时反馈进展。

加分项 1. 熟悉 Kubernetes、Docker 等容器与编排技术。 2. 了解AI模型的训练及推理过程，如大模型或CNN等 3. 了解 分布式存储 或对象存储、权限模型、配额与多租户隔离等相关概念。
