作为 C++ 开发工程师，你将参与图传基础库与业务模块的设计与开发，在资深工程师带教下，逐步建立对图传系统从底层库到上层业务的端到端理解——覆盖从需求分析、方案设计到编码实现与持续优化的完整过程。具体职责包括: 1、基础库开发:参与图传基础库的设计、开发与维护,为上层业务提供稳定、高效的底层支撑； 2、业务模块开发:参与图传业务模块的需求分析、方案设计与代码实现,跟随团队完成功能落地； 3、性能与稳定性优化:参与模块的性能调优与问题排查,学习通过日志、profiling 等手段定位内存、并发、时延等问题； 4、质量保障:参与单元测试、代码评审,逐步建立工程化与代码质量意识。

1、计算机、软件工程、通信、电子或相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2、掌握 C/C++ 语言基础，熟悉常用数据结构与算法； 3、了解面向对象设计、多线程/并发编程等基本概念； 4、有 Linux 开发基础，了解常用调试工具(如 gdb、valgrind 等)； 5、对底层开发有热情，学习能力强，乐于动手解决问题； 6、熟悉生成式 AI / LLM 工具(如用于代码生成、调试或文档辅助)。

优先考虑(加分项) 1、熟悉 现代 C++(C++11/14/17) 特性，有较好的代码风格与工程习惯； 2、有音视频、网络传输、实时通信或高性能/低延迟系统相关的课程设计、开源项目或实习经历； 3、了解网络编程(Socket/TCP/UDP)、序列化、跨平台开发等； 4、接触过 CMake、Git 等工程工具，或有跨平台(Android/iOS/嵌入式)开发经验； 5、优秀的毕业设计/课题、学生科研论文发表，或相关研发实习经历； 6、扎实的数据结构、算法与计算机基础(操作系统、网络、编译原理等)。
