1、在大型系统级代码库上开发：系统服务、跨进程通信、硬件抽象层接口、采集管线、buffer 管理、多路流、硬件编解码等等； 2、跟驱动、算法团队协作，把算法接进系统管线，调到量产质量； 3、用系统级追踪工具定位真机上的性能和稳定性问题，提出解决方案并落地； 4、入职配导师，有现成的系统学习路线。

1、2027 届本科及以上，计算机、软件、电子、自动化、通信等相关专业； 2、操作系统、计算机组成、数据结构与算法基本功扎实； 3、熟练 C/C++，在 Linux 下真实写过、调过程序； 4、熟练或了解 Java/Kotlin； 5、对底层有兴趣：折腾过开发板、给开源项目提过 PR、写过驱动或小工具、研究过某个系统机制； 6、遇到不懂的黑盒会拆开看，不绕着走。

【加分项】（有一条就是亮点，都没有也可以投） 1、读过或改过 Linux 内核或其他大型开源系统的源码；了解 V4L2、相机框架、跨进程通信机制任意一个； 2、做过图像、音视频、图形相关项目（ISP / 编解码 / OpenGL / Vulkan）； 3、做过软硬件结合的项目：机器人、无人机、智能硬件比赛； 4、有技术博客、GitHub 作品或开源贡献。
