1、负责核心基础库的设计、开发与维护，为上层业务提供稳定高效的底层支撑； 2、负责业务功能模块的开发，参与需求分析、方案设计与代码实现； 3、参与系统性能分析与优化，持续提升系统稳定性与资源利用效率； 4、参与跨平台（Win/Linux x86 / ARM 嵌入式）适配工作，保障代码在多架构下的正确性。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机或软件工程相关专业； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握Modern C++，具备面向对象编程思想，具备阅读英文技术文档能力； 3、熟悉 Linux 开发环境，能够使用CMake/Ninja构建项目，具备 gdb / perf / strace等调试与性能分析能力； 4、熟悉多线程编程与常见并发问题（锁、条件变量、原子操作、无锁队列），有良好的线程安全意识。
