【核心出镜与内容产出】 1、高质量出镜： 负责账号短视频的出镜拍摄，根据脚本要求完成口播、剧情演绎或氛围展示，确保镜头表现自然、情绪到位。 2、专业表现执行： 配合摄影师完成拍摄走位、表情管理及动作设计，保持高效率出片，确保视频视觉效果符合账号调性。 【形象定制与拍摄筹备】 3、自主妆造搭配： 负责拍摄所需的服装挑选与造型搭配，擅长日常、氛围感等多种穿搭风格，确保个人形象与短视频风格高度契合。 4、拍摄现场协助： 参与拍摄前的准备工作，包括场景布置、道具摆放及服装整理，协助团队优化拍摄环境。 【账号运营与团队协同】 5、全流程深度参与： 配合团队进行选题策划、样片试镜及拍摄排期；参与视频发布后的效果复盘，并根据数据反馈持续优化表现形式。 6、账号形象维护： 负责维护账号的个人IP形象，配合运营进行评论区简单互动、粉丝群维护及其他必要的出镜配合工作。
