定位： 作为用户运营中心核心业务板块的实习生，你将深度参与线下活动、异业合作、全球社群运营、用户成长体系等核心模块，在实战中理解如何通过用户运营驱动黏性与商业增长。同时，你将接触全球不同区域用户的社交习惯、文化偏好与消费决策差异，在统一品牌调性下探索本地化运营的命题。表现优秀者可获得转正留用机会。

岗位职责 1、线下用户活动策划与执行： 协助策划并落地各类用户活动，参与梳理不同区域活动的标准化SOP，跟进执行细节，确保活动体验。 2、异业合作与线下转化运营： 支持异业合作方的拓展沟通与合作签约，针对不同合作场景优化用户接待与转化流程，协助提升各触点的转化效率。 3、全球社群与私域运营： 参与国内及海外社群阵地的搭建与日常运营（包括微信社群、Discord、WhatsApp、Facebook Group、Line等官方社群），根据用户习惯与沟通风格，参与设计运营机制，维护社群活跃氛围。 4、策略思考与机制迭代： 结合一手运营观察与数据反馈，输出对社群活跃、活动效果、合作转化等模块的优化建议；关注全球创新消费品牌的用户运营最佳实践，尝试引入AI等新思路新工具，参与沉淀可复用的运营方法论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，知名院校优先；可全勤实习至少6个月以上。 2、逻辑清晰，具备较强的问题拆解和结构化思考能力，有一定的销转意识与用户行为分析能力，商业敏感度好。 3、有较强的用户共情力、活动策划意识与服务意识，热爱与人打交道，有社群运营、活动运营、零售运营或BD拓展等相关实践经历者优先。 4、具备全球化视野与跨文化敏感度，能理解不同市场用户在社交习惯、消费决策和品牌认知上的差异，对不同文化背景下的沟通方式有基本判断力和适应力。 5、沟通主动、行动力强，能在异业拓展、用户访谈、活动执行、社群互动等场景中主动打开局面；对影像、科技、户外运动等生活方式领域有浓厚兴趣。
