1. 配合研发工程师完成无人机飞行测试任务，包括零部件测试和整机飞行测试，协助输出测试方案与测试用例。 2. 执行日常飞行测试工作，记录飞行数据，撰写测试报告，对测试中发现的问题及时反馈。 3. 熟悉并处理无人机常见的使用问题，对飞行异常情况进行记录、整理并协助分析原因。 4. 在导师指导下学习并掌握无人机各飞行模式的操作，逐步具备各模式下的安全飞行能力。 5. 学习飞控调试基本方法和原理，了解常见控制算法（如 PID 等），协助完成基础调试工作。

1. 全日制本科及以上学历在读（大三/大四/研一/研二优先），航空航天、自动化、电子信息、机械等相关专业。 2. 对无人机有浓厚兴趣，有一定多旋翼无人机飞行经验（有穿越机飞行经验者优先）。 3. 具备基础的无人机系统知识，了解常见飞行模式及其区别。 4. 有一定英文阅读能力，能查阅英文技术文档，具备持续学习的意愿和能力。 5. 有责任心和良好的团队合作精神，能接受不定期的外场飞行测试安排。 6. 每周可实习不少于 4 天，实习周期不少于 3 个月。
