1.社群日常维护与风控： 负责私域社群（微信群/QQ群等）的日常维护、答疑解惑，维护良好的社群秩序，及时处理负面情绪与违规言论。 2.内容创作与转化输出： 协助制定社群运营计划，负责社群日报、早报、活动公告及文案的撰写与发布；配合团队输出社群干货与种草内容，提升用户黏性。 3.社群活动策划与执行： 参与社群营销活动（如接龙、拼团、打卡、直播预热、裂变等）的策划、筹备与落地执行，激发社群活跃度，提升转化率。 4.KOL/核心用户挖掘与培育： 协助发现并培育社群内的活跃用户与核心KOL，建立KOL激励机制，打造良好的社群氛围。 5.数据统计与复盘分析： 定期整理与分析社群核心数据（如拉新数、活跃度、留存率、转化率等），收集用户反馈，协助迭代运营策略。

1.学历与专业： 本科及以上在读学生（市场营销、新闻传播、广告学、汉语言文学等相关专业优先）。 2.私域/社群重度用户： 熟悉微信生态（个人号、社群、小程序、企微），有私域运营、社群运营或自媒体运营经验者优先；对各大社交平台（小红书、抖音、B站等）的热点具备敏感度。 3.沟通与文案功底： 具备良好的文字功底和表达能力，能驾驭不同风格（如接地气、专业、幽默等）的社群文案，具备较强的同理心和沟通协调能力。 4.执行力与抗压能力： 工作细心负责、执行力强，具备良好的服务意识与应变能力，能适应快速的工作节奏。 5.实习时间： 每周可实习4天以上，连续实习6个月及以上，能尽快到岗者优先。
