1. 协助项目经理跟进软件项目的进展，参与需求、排期、测试、上线等各阶段的推进； 2. 协助组织项目会议，记录会议纪要，跟踪项目进度与问题闭环； 3. 协助撰写和维护项目相关文档，跟踪项目任务状态，输出周报、项目进度图等管理资料； 4. 协调产品、开发、测试等多方资源，推动问题解决和跨团队协作，确保项目任务按时落地； 5. 协助进行IM系统的运维工作。

1. 本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、项目管理等相关专业优先； 2. 对互联网产品、软件开发流程或项目管理感兴趣，对互联网/软件开发流程有基本了解，有相关课程或项目经验者加分； 3. 具备出色的跨部门沟通和协调能力，能够有效推动项目进展； 4. 具备责任感和主人翁意识，学习能力强，细心负责，沟通能力良好，有一定的逻辑思维与文档能力； 5. 每周可实习5天，实习周期不少于3个月。
