AI工作流共建与数据看板搭建（数字化方向）： - 深度参与“AI+用研”的工作流建设：探索如何利用 AI 工具进行大批量访谈文本的深度清洗、聚类分析和Prompt调教； - 协助从0到1搭建团队内部的洞察数据看板（飞书多维表/BI等），并参与用研精细化SOP的编写与沉淀。 3. 供应商协同与即时需求响应： - 参与用研/洞察项目的内外部管理与沟通，从初期开始沉淀跨部门协作与项目管理能力； - 响应团队的即时性需求（公开行业报告搜集、竞品用户评价抓取等）。

1. 背景与学业： 本科及以上在校生，专业不限（统计学、心理学、工业设计、市场营销等优先），能保证连续实习6个月及以上 2. 核心硬技能： - 用研基础：具备优秀的逻辑结构化能力。对用户访谈、数据处理有实际操作经验或浓厚兴趣，能同时处理理性的数据与感性的原声。 - AI与数字化工具：对 AI 工具在工作场景的应用有深度实践或强烈探索欲，有良好的 Prompt 撰写习惯。 3. 关键软素质： - 务实踏实：具备“既能仰望星空，也能脚踏实地”的心态。面对前期甄别用户、拉群邀约、处理行政流程等务实工作，能够沉下心，有条理地精细化落地。 - 行业自驱欲与同理心：对创新设计的产品和品类有浓厚的研究和琢磨兴趣；具备出色的倾听能力，擅长从沟通中捕捉用户未被满足的潜在情绪与真实痛点。
