1、协助负责产品预研、效果剪辑及影像画面的把控与验收，确保高质量数据输出； 2、协助对剪辑效果进行拉片分析，参与前期思路讲解的筹备与过程辅助； 3、参与相机产品的拍摄及剪辑玩法探索、效果预研，协助研发团队推进项目落地； 4、协助与算法部门沟通协作，共同制定视频标准与规则，优化流程，提升工作效率与准确性； 5、理解用户需求，结合影像审美与技术要求，参与剪辑效果的工程化实现； 6、需经常外出拍摄，能够吃苦耐劳，具备良好的体力和执行力。

1、熟练使用专业设备、各类微单及稳定器使用，具备较高的拍摄能力； 2、熟练操作后期剪辑软件，具备较高的剪辑与特效制作能力； 3、对短视频创意有深入了解，具备创新想法； 4、掌握航拍技术，对各类品牌飞机有一定了解者优先； 5、拥有良好的剪辑思维和影像审美，能较强把控剪辑效果，有前期拍摄经验者优先； 6、思维活跃，沟通表达能力优秀，具备主动学习和基础技能培训能力； 7、每周尽量到岗5天，实习期不宜过短； 8、了解数据标注及AI模型训练、有影像理论基础者优先。
