1、海内外社媒投放：负责创意周边产品海内外社媒投放，包括达人建联、内容创意、沟通与上线跟踪等； 2、市场策略研究：参与竞品分析、目标人群洞察、渠道投放效果复盘等研究类工作，按项目/阶段输出研究简报； 3、产品运营推广：参与产品运营推广相关物料（海报、短视频、落地页、周边设计等）的策划与生产，跨部门协调推动落地； 4、小型 Campaign 策划：参与 1-2 个小型营销 campaign（社媒首发 / 达人合作 / 联名周边 / 线下快闪等）的策划与执行； 5、商务流程：包括市场部常见系统和流程操作，包括库存管理、产品管理、商务合同等。

1、本科及以上在校生，广告学、新闻传播、视觉传达、数字媒体、市场营销等相关专业； 2、沟通力强，责任心强，做事靠谱，外向型性格，有自驱力，对新事物充满好奇心； 3、熟悉或愿意深入了解消费电子 / 潮玩 / 文创行业的工艺与设计趋势； 4、实习期 3-6 个月，每周到岗 ≥4 天，一周全勤到岗优先。
