1、培训全链路运营与内容开发：负责BPO培训体系全流程运营，完成各站点月考、双周考的考题收集，上传学习平台并完成考试配置；在学习系统中搭建线上学习项目，配置考试任务并设置自动推送提醒，通过自动化运营替代人工重复工作；协助讲师将复杂业务SOP拆解制作为"短平快"的图文、H5或简易视频等模块化轻量课件；严格执行培训知识版本管理，跟进业务更新完整留存变更记录，规避信息差引发的客诉风险。 2、多维度业务数据分析与支持：定期（周/月）输出培训覆盖率、通过率、培训满意度等基础分析报告；联动质检数据与业务数据，开展"培训成绩-业务结果"关联分析，挖掘培训对业务的价值影响；核算BPO培训工时与考核结果，为人员周期考核提供准确数据支撑；梳理中差评、质检等服务数据，为流程优化提供数据依据。 3、质量管控与业务流程优化：掌握业务质检规则，完成客服服务质量打分以及AI质检复核工作；回溯中差评不良案例，从流程、人员、系统等多维度洞察问题，提炼可落地的优化建议，反向推动业务体系迭代升级。

基础要求 1、本科及以上学历，有数据分析或课程开发相关经验者优先 2、熟练使用AI工具制作图文/视频教程，可使用PPT美化工具制作课件，有基础视频剪辑或PS修图能力； 3、具备扎实的数据分析能力与逻辑思维能力，可对各类业务数据完成有效分析总结； 4、具备良好的跨部门沟通表达能力，能够协同内外部各方推进工作落地； 5、具备敏锐的用户体验意识与创新思维，可主动开展策略思考； 6、文字功底扎实，具备撰写政策、流程类方案的能力。 优先条件 1、掌握Power BI/Tableau或SQL等数据分析工具优先； 2、拥有系统运维配置经验，熟悉知学云、云学堂、Moodle等主流LMS平台后台配置者优先； 3、有B2C硬件/消费电子行业实习或工作背景者优先。
