1.负责中国区运动垂类团队的小红书账号的日常运营，包括账号定位、运营策略、内容策划、美工执行全流程，提升品牌影响力及粉丝粘性。 2.主导视频及图文类素材的创意策划与制作跟进，能独立完成选题挖掘、图文产出及视觉风格把控，具备从0到1打造破圈内容的执行力。 3.定期进行账号数据收集、汇总与分析工作，并持续优化选题策略与呈现形式。 4.掌握小红书/抖音等平台的内容生态规则，深度追踪平台热点与内容趋势，结合产品特性快速产出高传播性创意，对爆款内容有方法论沉淀。 5.熟悉账号社群粉丝运营，日常跟进统计车队/俱乐部/KOC等内容产出和反馈 6.其他市场推广工作支持。

1.运动内容爱好者，至少深度了解一项细分运动，包括但不限于骑行、滑雪、潜水等 2.拥有独立完成图文及视频内容产出及制作的能力，有视频拍摄制作实习/项目经验/个人账号运营经验优先。（需要提交作品展示） 3.有审美和内容sense，沟通能力强
