【方向1：跨境电商运营实习】 1. 在读大学生或研究生，专业不限，市场营销、电子商务、管理类等相关专业优先。 2. 具备快速学习和适应新知识、新技能的能力。认真负责，细心严谨，能够独立完成分配的任务。 3. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门有效协作。 4. 具备基础的数据分析能力，能够使用Excel等工具进行数据整理和初步分析。 5. 能够保证连续实习3个月以上，每周至少工作4天。 6. 有电商平台使用经验或相关实习经验者优先。 【方向2：东南亚运营-有AI相关的项目经验优先】 1. 本科及以上学历，对电商有浓厚兴趣；有跨境电商平台/国内电商平台实习或操作经验者优先； 2. 工作细心严谨，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能承担多任务操作； 3. 熟练使用AI工具，过往有AI项目实操经验； 4. 有项目管理经验，具备基础数据处理和分析能力； 5. 学习能力强，能快速适应平台规则与操作流程。
