1、调研样本招募与转化：针对不同业务线项目需求及用户画像设计招募链路，深入社媒平台挖掘目标用户并触达，确保招募样本的精准度与交付时效，为公司用户洞察提供用户资源； 2、账号内容矩阵运营：负责调研官方账号（抖音、小红书）的日常运营与维护，包括选题策划、文案撰写及短视频制作，建立品牌信任度并实现粉丝增长。 3、招募链路优化与私域沉淀：监测各渠道招募转化数据，定期复盘并优化话术与投放策略；同时负责将高价值用户引导至私域池，建立高活跃度的核心用户基群，持续降低单人招募成本。

1、具备用户研究、用户运营、内容运营相关实习经验，熟悉用户画像分析，内容创作，掌握问卷设计方法，用户研究基础等知识； 2、熟悉抖音、小红书的流量底层逻辑、搜索算法及用户沟通偏好，有网感，能快速捕捉平台热点。 3、具备良好的文字表达能力和亲和力，能够应对高频的用户沟通，抗压性强，结果导向。

加分项： （1）有成功运营个人账号经验、或有KOL建联等相关实习经验者优先 （2）两周内到岗，到岗≥4天/周，能稳定实习6个月的优先
