职位描述 1. 协助开展业务系统需求调研，对接各部门，收集、整理OMS订单管理系统相关业务需求，梳理需求文档，配合完成需求分析与落地跟进； 2. 负责OMS订单管理系统日常运维，监控系统运行状态，排查订单流转、数据同步、单据异常等基础问题，记录问题台账并跟进闭环； 3. 协助完成系统测试、配置更新、权限基础管理等工作，配合技术团队推进系统优化，支撑业务流程高效运转； 4. 对接内部各部门，解答OMS系统基础操作疑问，收集系统使用反馈，协调处理简单业务与系统衔接问题； 5. 配合完成上级交办的其他系统需求分析、运维相关辅助工作。

职位要求 1. 本科及以上在校生，计算机、信息管理、电子商务、物流管理等相关专业优先； 2. 对业务系统需求分析、系统运维有兴趣，愿意学习OMS订单管理系统相关业务逻辑和操作技能； 3. 具备基础办公软件操作能力，了解简单SQL语句、数据库基础，有需求文档撰写、系统基础运维经验者优先； 4. 逻辑思维清晰，细心严谨，具备良好的沟通协调能力和执行力，有责任心，能高效完成交办任务； 5. 时间充裕，可长期稳定实习，实习周期不少于三个月。
