1、负责工位日常管理，每周完成工位盘点、数据核对与更新，确保信息准确。 2、负责行政相关系统数据录入、维护与核对，保证台账清晰、可追溯。 3、协助处理员工安居房相关事务，包括每月付款申请、账单核对、费用催缴等。 4、协助员工签证申请：资料收集、整理、归档，与签证供应商拉群对接、进度跟进。 5、完成部门安排的其他行政类工作，支持部门日常高效运转。

1、本科及以上学历，专业不限，可长期实习（6 个月及以上）优先。 2、细心、耐心、责任心强，数据敏感，做事有条理，擅长流程性、重复性工作。 3、熟练使用 Office 办公软件（Excel、Word、飞书 / 企业微信等）。 4、沟通良好，执行力强，能按时保质完成固定周期工作。 5、能稳定到岗，保证每周出勤，可长期稳定实习者优先考虑。
