1、智能设备人机界面设计支持：协助团队优化相机物理按键布局、触控界面逻辑，确保操作流程符合人体工程学与易用性原则，降低用户学习成本；参与界面视觉规范落地，保障图标、色彩、文字标签的一致性与品牌辨识度。 2、APP 体验设计支持：参与移动端 APP 功能界面（如首页、剪辑、相册页、设置等）的原型设计与迭代，独立输出高保真设计稿；在设计交付阶段，需耐心核对设计细节与需求文档的一致性，配合开发团队开展设计走查验收，并通过清晰沟通同步优化、修复方案。 3、用户体验测试执行：协助设计并开展可用性测试，包括相机界面操作流畅度、APP 功能易用性等维度，收集用户反馈并整理分析报告，为设计优化提供数据支撑；过程中需细心记录测试细节，精准提炼用户核心诉求。 4、设计资源与趋势研究：整理海外流行设计风格与行业趋势，结合品牌调性探索创新设计方向；维护设计素材库，参与制定设计流程模板，提升团队协作效率；管理素材时需耐心分类归档，确保资源调用便捷性。 5、跨部门协同支持：对接产品、开发团队，跟进设计需求从提出到落地的全流程；在需求沟通、方案同步、问题协调等环节，需具备良好的沟通表达能力，能清晰传递设计思路与考量，同时耐心倾听多方意见，高效推进问题解决，确保设计方案精准落地。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，工业设计、交互设计、视觉传达、数字媒体等相关专业优先；有大厂实习或实践背景者加分。 2、工具技能：熟练掌握 Figma（必备），能独立完成原型设计与界面输出；熟悉常用视频剪辑工具软件，了解 AIGC 设计应用者优先。 3、知识储备：具备扎实的基础设计方法论，了解人机交互设计、界面视觉设计的核心要点（如多模态交互、界面布局、信息设计等）。 4、个人特质：对影像产品有浓厚兴趣，具备耐心与细心，能专注把控设计交付、走查验收中的细节问题；拥有良好的沟通协调能力，善于跨团队高效协作；同时具备敏锐的设计洞察力、强烈的自驱力与好奇心。 5、加分项：热爱拍摄（如日常记录、运动影像创作等）与视频剪辑，具备一定实战经验（如使用常用修图软件完成作品），能从用户视角理解影像产品设计需求者优先。
