1、本科及以上学历； 2、熟悉短视频平台玩法，具备热点预判、创意策划及达人谈判能力，熟练使用数据分析工具； 3、拥有现成达人/MCN供应商资源，团队协作意识强，目标导向，能适应快节奏、多项目并行的工作方式； 4、对设计、美学、创意有一定的见解，具备短视频内容产出质量的判断能力，关注社交媒体和消费者市场； 5、具备优秀的中英文沟通能力；尊重流程，有良好的工作习惯； 6、对数据高度敏感，能够通过数据发现投放优化机会、调整策略，具备清晰的数据归因与复盘能力。
