1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉C语言，熟悉微控制器体系架构，熟悉一到两种主流RTOS； 3、具有一定的硬件基础知识，能够看懂原理图，掌握基本的硬件调试接口和调试方法； 4、熟悉一到两种常见的基本微控制器低速和高速外设； 5、有较强的技术热情及钻研精神、责任心和自驱力；有AI辅助编程经验者优先。
