【职位描述】 1、店铺日常运营与迭代：参与公司海外地区TikTok Shop（北美/欧洲）的日常运营，包括链接、页面、价格、进销存管理，推进店铺整体经营策略落地，并对运营动作优化、运营效率提升持续负责； 2、销售分析与经营策略优化：跟踪店铺销售数据及内容投放等核心指标，包括商品流量结构、内容素材CTR/CVR、投放ROI、评分反馈等。通过漏斗数据的分析，定位运营动作的可优化点和风险点，输出可执行方案并执行落地，形成“监控-分析-优化-复盘”的运营闭环； 3、统筹店铺内容场域资源：围绕TikTok内容电商生态，跟进in-house内容资源、达人产出、机构代运营管理等核心内容资源的需求与交付，协同推动内容策划、素材迭代、达人匹配、直播排期与效果复盘，提升内容带货效率和GMV产出； 4、促销活动与新品上市策划：结合平台大促节点、品牌营销资源和店铺经营目标，参与制定并落地大促、新品上市等重点活动的运营规划、资源整合、跨团队推进与效果复盘； 5、沉淀跨境内容电商认知：持续追踪TikTok平台机制、海外用户消费趋势、行业竞争格局及创新玩法，提炼洞察与业务方法论，为运营决策提供支持。

1、全日制本科及以上学历，语言类/商科/数据分析/理工类等专业； 2、英语可作为工作语言，有对外籍合作方的接待和商务BD能力； 3、出色的Stakeholder遗失、沟通和跨团队协作能力，自驱力强，强结果导向； 4、有较强的思维逻辑、责任心和抗压能力；具备对新业务的快速学习，信息整合/分析与战略思考能力； 5、对海外市场、文化及消费者特性感兴趣；对影像、科技、户外运动等领域有浓厚兴趣或参与经验者加分。
