O que você precisa ter para entrar no time:

Seu dia-a-dia será:

  • Auxiliar nas atividades administrativas e operacionais do setor, prestando suporte nas tarefas do dia a dia e garantindo o bom andamento dos processos internos.
  • Atender clientes externos com cordialidade e profissionalismo, fornecendo informações e orientações de forma clara e eficiente.
  • Elaborar relatórios, planilhas e apresentações sempre que necessário, utilizando ferramentas como Excel e PowerPoint para organizar dados e informações de forma estruturada.
  • Organizar documentos de forma sistemática, mantendo-os classificados por ordem e tipo, conforme a demanda do setor, garantindo fácil acesso e controle.
  • Auxiliar nas atividades operacionais conforme a necessidade do setor, apoiando outras equipes nas tarefas cotidianas e contribuindo para a otimização dos processos.
  • Participar de 100% dos treinamentos oferecidos pela empresa, absorvendo o conhecimento necessário para seu desenvolvimento profissional e crescimento na organização.
  • Executar outras atividades relacionadas ao cargo, conforme orientações dos supervisores e gestores, de acordo com as necessidades da área.
  • Zelar pela confidencialidade e segurança das informações, cumprindo as normas e políticas de segurança da informação, proteção de dados e preservação da privacidade no ambiente corporativo.
